The Kelly Osborn Memorial Foundation was started after Dave Osborn’s daughter Kelly died in an automobile accident in 1996.

Kelly was Dave’s youngest daughter who was a beautiful young lady with a heart of gold. She was always rooting for the underdog and wanted to help people less fortunate and in need of something to make their life better.

Mr. Osborn started the Foundation in order to continue in Kelly’s desire to help those most in need. The sole purpose of the KOMF was to provide scholarships to deserving students of all ages that probably were not going to receive financial assistance but deserved it the most. Since the inception of the KOMF the foundation has helped over 500 students totaling over $500,000 in scholarships from 1st graders to seniors in college. The scholarships have been given out locally in the Fountain Valley and local communities over the past 28 years. Nearly every local organization and school have benefited from the KOMF. Dave vows to continue giving out the scholarships as long as he can.

Every year the KOMF host a golf tournament and BBQ event in the fall to continue to raise funds for the KOMF Scholarship program. The KOMF is a 501c charitable organization with all proceeds geared toward the scholarships for students. There is no administration cost for the foundation. If you would like to donate and help support the KOMF your support would be greatly appreciated.
